Today, Class VIII celebrated World Health Day in class! We focused on feeling good in body, mind, and emotions.
We started the day with fruits and energetic aerobics. It was fun and got us moving!
We shared healthy food ideas, talked about the importance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Students shared tips on managing stress, practicing mindfulness, and staying active.
It reminds us that small daily habits can make a big difference!
