Class VIII: Nutrition Box Activity

To build healthy eating habits and food awareness, our class conducted a Nutrition Box Activity today, during zero period.

Each student brought a homemade nutritious bowl from home. The options included roasted makhana, black chana chaat, fresh vegetable salads, fruit chaat, paneer cubes, soaked seeds and nuts, boiled sprouts, and sweet corn chaat. Every bowl was colorful, wholesome, and packed with natural goodness.

Students came forward one by one with their nutrition boxes. They shared the recipe and spoke about one key health benefit of their dish — whether it was protein for strength, fiber for digestion, or vitamins for immunity.p

The classroom buzzed with curiosity, colors, and the crunch of healthy bites. It was a small activity with a big message — healthy food can be simple, tasty, and fun.

We hope this inspires our students to choose nutrition boxes over junk boxes, not just in school but at home too.

Eat better, feel better, learn better!
