One such trip was organised to "Barbeque Nation, Paschim Vihar" for the students of Class VII and VIII.
Students were served with delicious food - snacks, beverages and desserts. Students visited the kitchen of the restaurant and learnt many aspects of running a restaurant business. Head chef gave chef caps to students and told them its significance. They also showed how they use different counters, cooking utensils, serving plates, etc. for veg and non-veg food and how they identify it (For veg, the plate has a green boundary). Barbeque nation staff distributed their discount coupons and fridge magnets. Further, the manager of the restaurant conducted an interactive session with the students. Students asked numerous queries about restaurant business. It was an amazing experience. Along with barbeque nation, students visited Pantaloon Showroom as well, wherein students learnt how to manage crowd in the showroom, about discounts and management of staff. Pantloons staff also gave chocolate and water bottles to each and every student. Students came back to school well on time and shared their experiences.
