An engaging activity "The Smart Bidders!" was conducted for the students of Class VII on 20 July, 2026 (Monday). The students participated with great enthusiasm and zeal. Mr. Piyush Jain (Maths Faculty) was invited as the Resource Person to judge the activity.
The activity was conducted in multiple rounds. Students bid smartly according to the level of difficulty of the questions.
The Bidding Slabs were as follows:
Easy Questions: 10 points | 20 Maths Money | Highest bid - 100 Maths Money
Medium Questions: 20 points | 30 Maths Money | Highest bid - 150 Maths Money
Challenging Questions: 30 points | 50 Maths Money | Highest bid - 200 Maths Money
There were 10 questions of each difficulty level. Students bid smartly and answered all the questions confidently. To make it more competitive, they were given the time limit to answer each question.
For easy questions: 30 seconds
For medium questions: 45 seconds
For challenging questions: 60 seconds
As the activity progressed, the competition became intense. In the final round, it was a close bid between Team A and Team C.
After all the rounds and considering all judgement parameters, TEAM A was announced as the winner.
The students enjoyed the activity a lot. It helped them develop strategic thinking, teamwork, quick decision-making, and subject application in a fun-filled manner.
