DAY 6- Consistency is the key 🔑

We're on Day 6 of incorporating calming exercises into our daily routine, and can already feel the positive impact on our mind and body. Anulom Vilom, shoulder rotation, and inhale-exhale shoulder-elbow movement have become our go-to stress-relievers.
