DAY 1: Warm-up Session

As students, it's essential to begin the day with a clear mind and a focused attitude. Incorporating yoga and meditation into our daily routine can have a significant impact on both physical and mental well-being.

In our class, we start the day with yoga and meditation to feel calm and focused. These practices help us relax, think clearly, and learn better. By doing yoga and meditation together, we create a positive and peaceful classroom environment.
