Class 7- World Health Day Celebration

Eat Healthy, Stay Healthy!

Today, our class celebrated World Health Day with enthusiasm. The day began with morning sports in the playground, followed by meditation, and a fruit-filled snack break - a regular practice that promotes physical and mental well-being. During lunch, students shared healthy food and discussed the importance of nutritious eating. They listed benefits such as increased energy, improved concentration, and reduced risk of diseases. 

The celebration emphasized the significance of healthy habits and encouraged students to adopt a balanced lifestyle. This practice was engaging, educational, and fostered a sense of community among students.
