Laddoo is all time favourite sweet of all of us. It's an integral sweet of our Indian culture. Today in Health and Nutrition Club, we made COCONUT LADDOOs. Students were allotted one ingredient per class. Following ingredients were used- Grated/desicated coconut, khoya, finely diced dry fruits, shakkar/khaand/jaggery. Through a collaborative effort, students made coconut laddoo. Small portion of ladoo dough was given to students to give them a shape of their choice. To maintaim nutrition level, instead of sugar we used shakkar/khaand or jaggery. It helps to maintain our blood pressure and purifies our blood. Laddoo were delicious and students presented them in different forms such as modak, kaju roll, snow man, barfi etc.

Blessings for New Session (Hawan)
Havan was being organised in the Cambridge section of the school on 04.05.2023 (Thursday) to seek blessings for the new session 2023-2024.
The beautiful environment of chanting mantras and prayers works as an absolute delight for the mind and helps in its purification. It also helps in removing the negativity from the surrounding.

Multigrain Chatpati Chaat
The year 2023 has been declared by the United Nations as the International Year of the Millet which aims to create awareness and increase production & consumption of millets.
To inculcate the importance of millets, the students were made aware of Poshak Anaj (nutritious-cereal) through Multi grain CHATPATI CHAAT in Health and Nutrition Club.
Students were assigned to bring one ingredient for the chaat. The health benefits of these ingredients were discussed with the students like sweet corn are the natural source of iron and coriander leaves are also rich in iron and minerals.
The students prepared this healthiest and tastiest chaat by adding chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, pomegranate, grapes, chaat masala and squeezed some lemon over it.
The students really enjoyed preparing this nutritious chaat and took a pledge to add at least one millet in their diet everyday.
