Class 7- The Decimal Diamond (Assessment Activity)

Assessment that feel like games are a stress free way to learn more about what our students know. 

One such activity was done in Class 7, "The Decimal Diamond" where students were given one situation with few constraints and they have to solve the situation as suggested. (It was an open-ended situation). Students tried different values and try to find out all the blank spaces in the figure. 

Through this, students were assessed on their critical thinking, level of understanding for a particular situation, addition/subtraction of decimal numbers and division of decimal numbers.
